Integrated Computer Solutions Integrated Computer Solutions (ICS) has always been known for their professional expertise serving the Small to Medium Business (SMB) community in the Southern Tier, Central New York, and Northern Pennsylvania with Information Technology (IT) solutions, service and support. The business has grown ten fold because of loyal customers that have recognized ICS as an affordable alternative to having their own dedicated IT staff or the reliance on less technical area “resellers” to provide them with the latest technology to make their operations more productive. In early 2007, ICS relocated their headquarters to much larger and more accommodating offices at the 111 Grant Ave. office building in Endicott, NY. Our new spacious computer tech and staging rooms, and our up to date network monitoring software center, gives our clients the real-time, around the clock support they expect. With currently over 11 employees locally, 80% of whom are technical engineers, we are poised to continue and grow our customer support offerings. In addition, we are backed by a 7 x 24 x 365 network operations center and helpdesk that works with us to provide a high level of network support and monitoring that allows the high availability of their computer network that many of our customers require. ICS is affiliated with the leading manufacturers of computer, network, and software solutions, including but not limited to, Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Grisoft AVG, Symantec, Good Technology (recently acquired by Motorola), Dell, Verisign, Trend Micro, Netopia, Citrix, Xerox, Lexmark, OKIdata, Sage Software, and Zenith Infotech. In addition, we are the leading area provider of solutions from North Syracuse-based Seneca Data, makers of the reliable Intel based NEXLINK servers, desktops, and notebook computers. Today, ICS serves and supports over 150 area customers doing business as medical and dental patient care clinics and offices, health care providers, insurance practices, accounting practices, manufacturers, tool shops, wholesale and marketing distribution, convenience stores/fuel stations, consulting and engineering firms, jewelry retailers, travel agencies, energy providers, auto dealers and auto service centers, construction and material companies, country clubs and banquet/caterers, financial services, not-for-profit organizations, education, and municipalities. Our loyal customers continue to be our largest asset, and their success is the underlying reason ICS will continue to attract new clients as we grow into the future. |
